Bill Nikon and Randy Wright bring almost 60 years of combined experience in the
construction industry, both at the residential and commercial/industrial level to Nikon &
Wright's clients.

Bill Nikon brought Nikon Custom Construction to Phoenix 12 years ago. His first project
in the Phoenix area was the Construction Management of an extensive remodel in the
prestigious Biltmore Estates. The scope of the project was such that it took over 2 years
to complete. It also provided the foundation for an ever increasing client base of satisfied
customers. With most new clients coming as the direct result of the gracious
recommendations of satisfied customers.

a Master Carpenter and his overall construction

With a degree in Finance and Management
and extensive experience in contract
management, Randy has been President of
several large commercial/industrial
contracting companies with revenues in
excess of $60 million yearly. He is working to
further refine and develop our project
management systems so Nikon & Wright's
clients are served with excellence. We partner
with a variety of skilled and talented
craftsmen, designers and architects to bring
our homeowners' dreams for their homes to
reality.
